西安：多開闢流浪人員避寒場所
本報訊（記者李治燕）為切實幫助生活無著流浪人員順利過冬，西安市民政局、市城管執法局昨日下發通知，決定從現在起至明年4月15日開展“寒冬送溫暖，救助獻愛心”專項救助行動，要求堅決杜絕因部門相互扯皮造成意外事件發生。通知要求，要以車站廣場、繁華街道、旅游景點、背街小巷、地下通道、橋梁涵洞、建築拆遷工地、廢舊廠房等生活無著人員集中活動和露宿區域為重點，加大巡視救助力度，對未成年人、殘疾人、老人要及時安排護送，對精神病人、危重病人要遵循“先救治後甄別救助”的原則。要建立綠色救助通道，對尋親不遇、務工不著、離家出走等原因遇到困難的人員，按實際需求進行分類救助。對不願到救助管理機構接受救助的人員，要提供必要的禦寒物品和詳細的求助方式，努力做到發現一個，救助一個，絕不能發生流浪乞討人員挨凍受餓的情況。同時還要多開闢一些臨時避寒場所供流浪乞討人員使用。

廣東珠海邊防成功解救20只“夜游”鳥
南方日報訊（記者/向松陽 通訊員/周捷）11月20日，廣東珠海邊防支隊在執行特區“二線關口”檢查任務時，查獲一起私販國家“三有”保護動物案，成功解救珍稀野生保護動物“夜游”鳥20只。記者獲悉，目前珠海市森林公安已對此違法事件進行立案調查。

Ummm. This place is so very beautiful that one can never forget once visiting it. It's like a woman with breath-taking beauty and elegance. You can't forget her after the first glance. The above picture is the Water Lily Garden at Huntington Library, CA. This is my second 有巢氏房屋time there. I learned that this part of the garden was the first exhibit. It was built around 1900. The tranquility makes you want to just sit on a rock by the pond for the whole afternoon. Along the pond are walls of bamboo plants, more than one story high. It's 好房網just about a year old. It's another great feast for eyes to enjoy. However, the funny part is the littler eatery in the garden. They are selling dim sum in it, so certain spots in this garden are filled with cooking odor. That was heaven on such a hot day! There is an area surrounded 室內設計by tall bushes. At that area, water mist is sprayed into the air every 12 minutes.
